We ship Worldwide. We pack and ship all of the items carefully and do not accept liability to any loss & damage due to delivery if insurance is declined. Insurance is available at customers' request. Charge apply.
US Shipping
• The shipping fee covers all shipping & handling charges, and we provide tracking numbers to all orders.
International Shipping
• Order usually arrives within 3-14 days after the shipping date depends on the location & service you choose.
• Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• USPS International Express Mail will include upto $100 Insurance coverage.
• Insurance is not available with International First Class Mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging material in its original condition. Please note that we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Follow the following four steps:
a. Send an Email notification to us at service@ezluxe.com within 7 business days of the delivery. Be sure to indicate your order number, description of items.
b. An acknowledgement response will be sent to you which includes your return confirmation number and instructions.
c. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
d. Send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at EzLuxe.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from EzLuxe.com.
